Plan Length Clause Samples

The Plan Length clause defines the duration for which a particular plan, agreement, or service remains in effect. Typically, it specifies a start and end date, or outlines the conditions under which the plan will automatically renew or terminate. For example, a subscription service might use this clause to state that the plan lasts for one year and renews annually unless canceled. The core function of this clause is to provide clear expectations regarding the timeframe of obligations and benefits, thereby preventing misunderstandings about when the plan begins and ends.
