Common use of Plan Number Clause in Contracts

Plan Number. Upon purchase of the Agreement, ProtectCELL will issue or cause to be issued to You, a Plan number (“Plan Number”). The Plan Number is not transferable and may only be used by the person to whom the Plan Number is issued. You will notify ProtectCELL and the Authorized Dealer if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Plan Number.
