Common use of Plan of Insurance Agents Clause in Contracts

Plan of Insurance Agents. Wholesaler shall maintain in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement a plan of insurance, which may be a plan of self-insurance, which shall provide coverage for errors and omissions of the Wholesaler, its Agency, representatives and agents. If such insurance plan terminates for any reason during the term of the Agreement, Wholesaler shall immediately notify GAD of such termination. If requested by GAD, Wholesaler shall provide satisfactory evidence of coverage under such insurance policy satisfactory to GAD showing the amount and scope of coverage provided.
