Plan Provisions. The Awarded Restricted Stock Units and the Dividend Equivalents subject to this Agreement shall be governed by and subject to all applicable provisions of the Plan. This Agreement is subject to the Plan, and the Plan shall govern where there is any inconsistency between the Plan and this Agreement.
