Plan Sponsor. SOUTHERN SCRIPTS shall ensure that it maintains contractual arrangement with Plan Sponsors that provides for reimbursement to pharmacies consistent with the terms of this Agreement. SOUTHERN SCRIPTS represents that it has conducted due diligence regarding the financial ability of each Plan Sponsor to fulfill its payment obligations.
