Common use of Plan Clause in Contracts

Plan. 43.1 This Agreement together with the Standard Practices and any Tariff terms incorporated herein by reference, set forth the overall standards of performance for the services, processes, and systems capabilities that the Parties will provide to each other, and the intervals at which those services, processes and capabilities will be provided. The Parties understand that the arrangements and provision of services described in this Agreement shall require technical and operational coordination between the Parties. To the extent not otherwise specified or incorporated by reference herein, the Parties agree to work cooperatively to identify those processes, guidelines, specifications, standards and additional terms and conditions necessary to support and satisfy the standards set forth in this Agreement and implement each Party's obligations hereunder.

The Parties understand that the arrangements and provision of services described in this Agreement shall require technical and operational coordination between the Parties. To the extent not otherwise specified required for implementation of new, additional or incorporated by reference herein, reconfigured interconnection arrangements or services described in this Agreement the Parties agree to work cooperatively to form a team (the “Implementation Team”) which shall develop and identify those processes, guidelines, specifications, standards and additional terms and conditions necessary to support and satisfy the standards set forth in this Agreement and implement each Party's obligations hereunder.
