Common use of Planet Payment Merchant Accounting Clause in Contracts

System Acquirer, Merchants and certain VARs will utilize the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System in order to facilitate the clearing and settlement of Transactions. It is understood that the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System is a component of the Planet Payment Platform and, as such, the software, technology and processes comprising the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System are proprietary to Planet Payment.
