Common use of Planet Payment Merchant Accounting Clause in Contracts

Planet Payment Merchant Accounting. System Acquirer, Merchants and certain VARs may utilize the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System in order to access data, calculations, and reporting relating to DCC Transactions as provided by Planet Payment hereunder. It is understood that the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System is a component of the Planet Payment Platform and, as such, the software, technology and processes comprising the Planet Payment Merchant Accounting System are proprietary to Planet Payment.
