Planned Service Commencement Date Sample Clauses

Planned Service Commencement Date. PPP Co. will carry out and complete the Works in accordance with the Construction Programme and all other provisions of this Project Agreement on or before the Planned Service Commencement Date for the relevant Project Facility. Without prejudice to the termination provisions in this Project Agreement, the Authority will not be entitled to claim general or liquidated damages in respect of any delay where PPP Co. fails to achieve Certification by the relevant Planned Service Commencement Date.
