Common use of Planned Service Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Planned Service Interruptions. S5.9 The Distributor will provide the Retailer with notice in accordance with the relevant EIEP at least 10 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled, including the ICPs which the Distributor’s information system indicates will be affected.

Planned Service Interruptions. S5.9 Option A – Retailer to notify Consumers (Default) S5.6 The Distributor will provide the Retailer with notice in accordance with the relevant EIEP at least 10 Working Days prior to the date on which the Planned Service Interruption is scheduled, including the ICPs which the Distributor’s information system indicates systems indicate will be affected.
