Common use of PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement or the City Resolution, the Developer shall comply with, to the satisfaction of the City, all of the requirements set forth in the City Resolution, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property.

PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS. Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement or the City Resolution, the Developer shall comply with, to the satisfaction of the City, with all of the requirements set forth in the City Resolution, to the satisfaction of the City, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the PropertyProperty (other than those already issued as of the date of this Agreement).

Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement or the City ResolutionAgreement, the Developer shall comply with, to the satisfaction of the City, all of the requirements set forth in the City ResolutionResolution No. 20- 091, including, but not limited to, Section 2. of Resolution No. 20-091 as it specifically relates to the Property only, to the satisfaction of the City, City and prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property.
