Planning constraints. A planning process shall be established and maintained throughout the project life that identifies programmatic, operational, legislative, institutional, and other requirements, constraints, and assumptions that may affect technical, schedule, and cost baselines. Planning constraints. The Contractor makes allowance for incorporation of Employer acceptance review comments for documents delivered to the Project Manager for his acceptance. The Contractor does not plan for any Employer activities during the period of week 51, week 52 and week 1 of each year unless such a period falls within the implementation window of the works. Should any reviews be planned during this period, then the review periods need to be agreed, upfront, with the Project Manager.
