Common use of Planning permissions Clause in Contracts

Planning permissions. 3.17.1 Not without the consent of the Landlord (not to be unreasonably withheld where under this Lease the Landlord would be under an obligation not to unreasonably withhold consent to the matter the subject of the planning application) to make any application under the Planning Acts, to any local planning authority for permission to develop, including change of use of, the Premises. 3.17.2 To indemnify the Landlord against any development charges, other charges and expenses payable in respect of planning applications the Tenant or its agents, undertenants or has applied for in respect of the Premises. 3.17.3 To keep the Landlord indemnified against any expense incurred in consequence of the use of the Premises reverting to the use existing before the application was made. 3.17.4 As soon as reasonably practicable to give the Landlord full particulars in writing of the grant of planning permission. 3.17.5 Not to implement any planning permission if the Landlord makes reasonable objection to any of the conditions subject to which it has been granted.
