PLANS, APPROVALS AND ACTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. ‌ A. Plan Submission Requirements‌ All identified plans and submissions must adhere to the requirements and obligations set forth in relevant regulations, this Agreement, the Revised MDNS, and the ASC. Unless otherwise noted, all plans and submissions required prior to beginning site construction activities are required to be filed with EFSEC ninety (90) days prior to the start of Construction. The Certificate Holder shall not begin Construction activities until all applicable elements of the required plans or commitments outlined in this Agreement, the Revised MDNS, and the ASC are in place, and Council approval of required plans and authorization to begin construction has been obtained.
