PLANS, APPROVALS AND ACTIONS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. ‌ A. Notice of Federal Permit Approvals‌ No later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Agreement, the Certificate Holder shall notify the Council of all Federal permits, not delegated to EFSEC, that are required for construction and operation of the Project, if any, and the anticipated date of permit issuance to the Certificate Holder. The Certificate Holder shall notify the Council when all required federal permits have been obtained, no later than ten (10) business days after the last permit has been issued.
