Common use of Plans of Common Areas and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Plans of Common Areas and Facilities. A copy of plans showing the Common Areas and Facilities (if and where capable of being shown on plans) certified as to their accuracy by or on behalf of the Authorized Person shall be prepared by the First Owner, annexed to this Deed, kept at the management office and shall be available for inspection by the Owners free of charge during normal office hours.
