Common use of PLANS PREPARED BY THE CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

PLANS PREPARED BY THE CONTRACTOR. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or elsewhere contained, the Employer hereby specifically and unconditionally authorises the Contractor to prepare working drawings for the Works and to submit such plans for and on behalf of the Employer for approval to the Developer and or the Association or their appointed agent concerned.
