Plans Subject to COB. a. Health plans, programs or policies which may be subject to COB include the following, which will be referred to as “plans” for purposes of this Part: i. any group or non-group health insurance contract, HMO contract, or other forms of group or group-type coverage whether insured or uninsured; ii. medical care components of long-term care contracts such as skilled nursing care, medical benefits under group or individual automobile contracts; and iii. Medicare or any other governmental plan as permitted by law.
