Plant Inventory Clause Samples

The Plant Inventory clause defines a comprehensive list of all plants, trees, shrubs, and related landscaping elements that are to be supplied, installed, or maintained as part of a project. This clause typically details the species, quantities, sizes, and locations of each plant, often referencing schedules or drawings for clarity. By clearly specifying the required plant materials, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of the landscaping scope, reducing the risk of disputes over what is to be provided and helping to maintain quality and consistency throughout the project.
