Plant Operation. 7.1 The Plant will be designed to require minimal on-site attendance. Accordingly, MarkWest will cause the routine day-to-day operations of the Plant to be performed in the manner of a prudent operator. Equitable shall operate and maintain the existing compression facilities. The routine day-to-day operations of the Plant by MarkWest or its designee shall include, but not be limited to the following: (a) Employ, or otherwise engage, all personnel reasonably required to perform efficiently its duties hereunder. (b) Keep the Plant free and clear of all liens and encumbrances on account of any claims arising out of operations hereunder. (c) Make all reports required to be made in connection with the Facilities and their operations to any governmental body so far as required by Equitable due to it providing contract operating services for the Plant under the terms of this Maytown Agreement. (d) Promptly notify MarkWest of the requirement of any materials or supplies necessary for the operation of the Plant, and MarkWest shall, based upon the information furnished by Equitable, furnish and maintain, at MarkWest's expense, adequate materials and supplies for the operation of the Plant. Equitable shall not purchase or commit to purchase any materials or supplies for the operation of the Plant in excess of $1,000 without the prior written authorization from MarkWest. (e) Forward to MarkWest all invoices for expenses related to the operation of the Plant. (f) Regardless of which party is designated to provide the services of the operator, Equitable shall, if requested by MarkWest, have the option, but not the obligation, to perform minor maintenance and repair on the Plant (minor maintenance and repair being such maintenance and/or repairs that can be completed for less than $1,000 and in less than four hours). Equitable shall keep an accounting of its expenses and its actual labor costs associated with performing such minor maintenance. MarkWest will reimburse Equitable for those labor, maintenance and repair costs. If Equitable does not elect to perform minor maintenance and repairs, and with respect to maintenance and repairs that are not considered minor, Equitable will timely inform MarkWest of the need for the maintenance and repairs, and MarkWest will undertake to perform, or cause to be performed, those maintenance and repair activities, all at MarkWest's cost and expense. Plant Operation. An employee at Classification - Level 4; • Operates Class A and/or Class B machines under supervision and performs associated basic maintenance tasks including oil, grease, fuel and cleaning. • Completes either a National Training Board recognised induction training course, or two years experience with Class A and/or Class B plant where the employee has operated such plant regularly but possibly for only part of its productive capacity.
Plant Operation. ‌ 6.1 Where the Supplier is responsible for the supply of an Operator for the Equipment, the operator shall at all times remain an employee of the Supplier. The Supplier shall ensure, to the satisfaction of CATCON, that all times the Operator; a) Is experienced, competent and fit to operate the Equipment; b) Holds appropriate licenses and certificates; c) Complies with legislation and Project site specific safety and environmental requirements; d) Complies with legislative and Project site specific Industrial relations requirements; e) Complies with relevant Australian Standards; f) Complies with CATCON’s directions; g) Is paid in accordance with the payment conditions, and receives the working conditions, applicable to the Project site; h) Includes all statutory requirements (i.e. Superannuation, Workcover, PAYG, etc.) are paid on behalf of the operator by the Supplier; and i) Carries out and documents inspections of the Equipment prior to each shift. 6.2 The requirements of Clause 6.1
Plant Operation. An employee at Classification - Level 6 may operate; • multiple types of Class A machines, possessing the raining and experience specified for Classification - Level 5 plus an additional two (2) years of experience, or • one class of type B or C machine for a majority of the work time including basic preventative maintenance, and undertakes some other (non-operating) tasks. An employee at Classification - Level 6 has completed; • in respect of Class A machines, the training and experience specified for Classification - Level 5, plus an additional two (2) years experience, or • in respect to Class B or C machines, the training and experience specified for Classification - Level 5 plus an additional 1,500 hours. • An employee at Classification -Level 6 where trained on Class A machines, is competent to operate to productive capacity on all types of work. Plant Operation. Conduct work across a range of work groups within Infrastructure and Environment, as directed and where skills and competencies allow, when resources are required to complete works or to backfill specialist positions.
Plant Operation. Use equipment that complies with DIVISION 150 to produce and haul the asphalt mixture. The maximum mixing temperature is 200ºF when the asphalt material is added to the aggregate; this temperature requirement shall be waived if the asphalt mixture produced is intended for immediate use. Prior to the addition of the asphalt material to the aggregate, dry the aggregate to a maximum moisture content of 1%. The aggregate may be pre-dried and allowed to cool before the asphalt material is added. Provide a method of obtaining a dried aggregate sample, for testing, before the asphalt material is added.
Plant Operation. The JV Facility will be operated and managed by IPWG on behalf of the Project Company and IPWG may charge a reasonable management fee to the JV consistent with other IPWG facilities subject to any distinguishing factors from such facilities, and if no such other facilities are then in operation, IPWG may charge a reasonable fee based on relevant factors. Plant Operation. 13.1 Second Party shall, for the duration of the Contract, be responsible to Joint-Venture and PETROMIN for efficient technical management of the Treatment Plant and/or Transportation Facilities (in the event same are set up) and its offsites, according to first-class generally accepted engineering standards. In the discharge of this responsibility Second Party shall :- (a) provide and/or secure with the prior approval of PETROMIN, if PETROMIN is holder of an interest, in the Concession, such technical staff and employees of the Joint-Venture as may be reasonably necessary on suitable terms of employment. (b) ensure proper extraction of minerals ore and proper scheduling of production in the Treatment Plant when it is set up. (c) ensure that the Treatment Plant and its offsites are properly maintained and repaired. (d) ensure that the production of the Treatment Plant is properly stored and loaded on to Transportation. (e) from time to time transfer such of its responsibility to such Saudi Arabian employees of the Joint-Venture as the Parties mutually agree are sufficiently experienced. (g) provide for, as long as necessary, continued instruction and training to an appropriate number of Saudi Arabian employees of the Joint-Venture with a view to ensuring that the management and staff employed in the operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment and machinery of the Joint-Venture and in marketing the ore and/or products of the Treatment Plant shall become progressively more Saudi Arabian in content. The instruction and training of such Saudi Arabian employees shall take place at the Plants and offices of Second Party or its affiliates as may be appropriate. The Joint-Venture shall be responsible for the travelling expenses, living expenses and salaries of such Saudi Arabian employees during the period of such instruction and training but Second Party shall not make any charge for such instruction and training. 13.2 The provision of this Article shall apply with equal force in case any Transportation Facilities are set up.
