Common use of Plat Clause in Contracts

Plat. As part of Closing, the Plat shall have received final approval from the Transfer and Mapping Department of the Office of the Auditor of Xxxxxxxx County, Indiana and be recorded. The Plat shall establish the precise legal description of the Office Site for purposes of title insurance and closing documents.
