Common use of Platforms Clause in Contracts

Platforms. The online services distributed through Facilitator’s distribution system are provided on various platforms, and such platforms may be owned, operated, or controlled by Facilitator or by other persons or entities. You understand and agree that the Platform used for any given Online Service(s) may be changed at any time. You also understand that when you access the Online Service(s) on a given Platform, you will be subject to the terms and conditions, including any privacy policies, governing the use of such Platform. You should be careful to read the terms of use and privacy policy of any Platform before providing any confidential information or engaging in any transactions on such Platform.
