The Servicer, the Bank, the card network and their affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for the services or merchandise purchased with the Card. The Bank is not responsible for the return or exchange of merchandise purchased with the Card. By use of this Card, you, the cardholder, agree that the Bank is not liable for any consequential damages, direct or indirect. Exchange or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the Card is governed by the policies of each merchant and applicable law. If you have a dispute with a merchant, you agree to settle the dispute directly with the Merchant. If the merchant agrees to issue a credit to the Card, such funds may not be available for up to seven (7) business days.
