Common use of PLEDGE OF FUNDS Clause in Contracts

PLEDGE OF FUNDS. The Board hereby pledges Available TIF Funds, as reimbursement to the City for approved Project Costs, up to ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($1,900,000.00) for the design and construction of the Project, located at the Project Site, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, priority of payment schedule, and termination of the TIRZ.

PLEDGE OF FUNDS. The Board hereby pledges Available TIF Funds, as reimbursement to the City Funds for approved Project Costs, up to ONE MILLION NINE FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($1,900,000.00435,000.00) for the design design, undertaking, and construction of the Project, located at the Project Site, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, priority of payment schedule, and termination of the TIRZ.
