Common use of PLEDGE OF FUNDS Clause in Contracts

PLEDGE OF FUNDS. The Board hereby pledges Available TIF Funds, as reimbursement to the City for approved Project Costs, up to Twenty-Two Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($22,330,000.00) plus financing costs for the design and construction of the Project, located at the Project Site, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, priority of payment schedule, and termination of the TIRZ.

The Board hereby pledges Available TIF Funds, as reimbursement to the City for approved Project Costs, up to Twenty-Fourteen Million Two Million Three Hundred Thirty Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($22,330,000.0014,210,000.00) plus financing costs for the design and construction of the Project, located at the Project Site, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, priority of payment schedule, and termination of the TIRZ.

The Board hereby pledges Available TIF Funds, as reimbursement to the City Funds for approved Project Costs, up to TwentyFOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-Two Million Three Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars and No Cents FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($22,330,000.00435,000.00) plus financing costs for the design design, undertaking, and construction of the Project, located at the Project Site, subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, priority of payment schedule, and termination of the TIRZ.
