Common use of Pledge of Incremental Taxes Clause in Contracts

Pledge of Incremental Taxes. Pursuant to Section 18-2147 of the Act, any ad valorem tax levied upon real property in described in attached Exhibit A to the Redevelopment Contract shall be divided, for the period not to exceed 15 years after the effective date of the provision, which effective date shall be January 1, 2017. Said taxes shall be divided as follows:

Pledge of Incremental Taxes.
