Common use of Pledgor’s Covenants Clause in Contracts

Pledgor’s Covenants. During the term of this Pledge Agreement and until all of the Secured Obligations have been fully and finally paid and discharged in full, the Commitments under the Credit Agreement have been terminated or expired, each Pledgor covenants and agrees with the Secured Party that:
