Pledgor’s Rights to Cash Collateral, etc. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 18, no Pledgor shall have the right to withdraw sums from the Cash Collateral Account, to receive any of the Cash Collateral or to require the Administrative Agent to part with the Administrative Agent’s possession of any instruments or other writings evidencing any Time Deposits.

Pledgor’s Rights to Cash Collateral, etc. Except as otherwise expressly provided in Section 18Article XV hereof, no Pledgor shall have the right to withdraw sums from the Cash Collateral Account, to receive any of the Cash Collateral or to require the Administrative Agent to part with the Administrative Agent’s possession of any instruments or other writings evidencing any Time Deposits.
