Plugging Obligations. Except for xxxxx listed in Schedule 5.14, there are no dry holes, shut in, or otherwise inactive xxxxx, located on the Assets or lands pooled, communitized, or unitized therewith that Seller has either the obligation to plug and abandon in accordance with an applicable operating agreement or Law or as to Xxxxx for which Seller is not the operator, received a written proposal to plug and abandon.
Plugging Obligations. To Seller’s Knowledge, except for Xxxxx listed on Schedule 4.1(q) and except for Xxxxx that, to Seller’s Knowledge, have been properly plugged and abandoned or that Seller is not currently obligated to plug or abandon, there are no dry holes, shut in Xxxxx or otherwise inactive Xxxxx that are located on the Properties or on lands pooled or unitized therewith.
Plugging Obligations. Except for xxxxx listed on Schedule 5.20, to the Knowledge of the IPP Parties, there are no dry holes or xxxxx incapable of producing in commercial quantities that are located on the Properties or on lands pooled or unitized therewith (including, without limitation any xxxxx which would, if located in Texas, require compliance with the Texas Railroad Commission Rule 14(b)(2)), except for xxxxx that have been properly plugged and abandoned, and except for xxxxx drilled to depths not included within the Properties or within units in which the Properties participate.
Plugging Obligations. There are no Wxxxx located on the Leases that: (i) Seller is currently obligated by law or contract to plug and abandon; or (ii) to the knowledge of Seller have been plugged and abandoned in a manner not in substantial compliance with all applicable requirements of regulatory authority having jurisdiction thereof.
Plugging Obligations. Except for wells listed on Schedule 5.15, txxxx are no dry holes or wells that are located on the Xxxets or on lands pooled or unitized therewith (including, without limitation any wells which would, if located in Xxxisiana, require compliance with the Louisiana laws and regulations), except for wells that have been properly pxxxxxd and abandoned, and except for wells drilled to depths not ixxxxxed within the Assets or within units in which the Properties participate.
Plugging Obligations. There are no Xxxxx included in the Assets in respect of which Seller or any of its Affiliates have received an unresolved order or demand from any Governmental Authority requiring that such Xxxxx be plugged and abandoned, and, except as set forth on Schedule 6.19, to Seller’s Knowledge there are no Xxxxx required, as of the Effective Time, to be plugged pursuant to applicable Laws.
Plugging Obligations. To the best knowledge of such Seller, there are no dry holes or shut-in or otherwise inactive xxxxx, located on the Properties on lands pooled or unitized therewith that have not been properly plugged and abandoned in accordance with all applicable law.
Plugging Obligations. To the best of Seller’s knowledge, except for the Nordic B No. 4 Well , there are no dry holes or shut-in or otherwise inactive xxxxx, located on the Properties on lands pooled or unitized therewith that Seller has the current obligation to plug and abandon.
Plugging Obligations. Seller has not been notified by any governmental agency requiring that it plug and abandon any well located on the Subject Interests.
