Plural/Singular. When used herein, the singular of each term includes the plural and the plural of each term includes the singular.
Plural/Singular. Except as otherwise provided herein, capitalized terms used in the foregoing definitions or elsewhere in this Agreement that are defined in the singular may also be used in the plural and any such terms which are defined in the plural may also be used in the singular.
