Point of Contact for CLEC Customers. 5.3.1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, CLEC shall be the single and sole point of contact for all CLEC customers. 5.3.2. Each Party shall refer all questions regarding the other Party’s service or product directly to the other Party at a telephone number specified by the other Party. 5.3.3. Each Party shall ensure that all their representatives who receive inquiries regarding the other Party’s services: (i) provide such numbers to callers who inquire about the other Party’s services or products; and (ii) do not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party, or its products or services; (iii) shall not use these misdirected calls as opportunities to solicit the move from one company to another.
