Service Functions. 3.1. Sprint shall provide KMC with the information KMC will need to certify subscribers as exempt from charges (including taxes), or eligible for reduced charges associated with providing services, including but not limited to handicapped individuals, and certain governmental bodies and public institutions and shall not xxxx KMC for such services.
3.2. Whenever possible Sprint shall provide KMC with appropriate notification of all local service boundary changes with line level detail one hundred twenty (120) days before service transfer, and will also notify KMC within one hundred twenty (120) days before such change of any LATA boundary changes.
3.3. Sprint will work cooperatively with KMC in practices and procedures regarding the handling of law enforcement and service annoyance calls.
3.4. Sprint shall allow KMC customers to retain their current telephone number when technically feasible within the same Sprint Wire Center and shall install KMC customers at Parity unless KMC customers currently subscribe to Vacation Service only or are currently in the process of having their service suspended for non-pay. In such cases, Sprint will treat the KMC customer as a new installation at the request of KMC.

Service Functions. (a) ILEC shall provide an electronic interface for transferring and receiving Service Orders and Provisioning data and materials as outlined in the Attachments hereto on or before January 1, 1997.
(b) Work order processes shall meet service parity requirements.
(c) The point of contact for CLEC customers shall be CLEC.
(d) Each Party shall provide the other Party with a single point of contact for all inquiries regarding the implementation of this Part.
(e) CLEC’s representative will have real-time access to ILEC Customer information to enable the CLEC representative to perform tasks outlined on Attachments 2, 5, 6, and 9.
(f) After receipt and acceptance of a Service Order, ILEC shall provision such Service Order in accordance with the Intervals and service quality standards referenced in Attachment 11.
(g) Maintenance shall be provided in accordance with the requirements and standards referenced in Attachments 6 and 11.
(h) ILEC shall provide the Customer Usage Data recorded by ILEC in accordance with the requirements and standards set forth in Attachment 8.
(i) In addition to testing described elsewhere in this Section and Attachment 3, ILEC shall test the systems used to perform the functions set forth in Attachment 2 at least sixty (60) days prior to commencement of ILEC’s provision of Local Service, in order to establish system readiness capabilities.
(j) ILEC shall xxxx XXXX for Local Service provided by ILEC to CLEC pursuant to the terms of this Part and Schedules 1 and 2. ILEC shall recognize CLEC as the customer of record for all Local Service and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLEC.

4.2 BellSouth shall provide MCIm with appropriate notification of all area transfers with line level detail one hundred twenty (120) days before service transfer, and will also notify MCIm within one hundred twenty (120) days before such change of any LATA boundary changes or within the timeframe required by an approving regulatory body, if any.
4.3 BellSouth will work cooperatively with MCIm in practices and procedures regarding the handling of law enforcement and service annoyance calls.

(a) Primary Point of Contact. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, EZ-Tel shall be the primary point of contact for all EZ-Tel Customers.
Service Functions. 3.1 When Xxxx Atlantic converts one of its subscribers to MCIm's service, Xxxx Atlantic shall inform MCIm, to the extent such information is available through Xxxx Atlantic's electronic interfaces for CLECs, whether such subscriber is currently participating in any program of reduced or exempt charges, including those for the indigent, the handicapped, governmental bodies and public institutions.
3.2 Each Party will work cooperatively with the other Party with respect to practices and procedures for handling of law enforcement and service annoyance calls.
3.3 The Parties will cooperate in the development of an industry standard of "700" number test lines.
