Interconnection If Manager desires to interconnect a portion of the Service Area Network with another carrier and Sprint PCS can interconnect with that carrier at a lower rate, then to the extent permitted by applicable laws, tariffs and contracts, Sprint PCS may arrange for the interconnection under its agreements with the carrier and if it does so, Sprint PCS will xxxx the interconnection fees to Manager.
Closing and Delivery a) Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, the consummation of the purchase and sale of the Shares (the “Closing”) shall be held simultaneous with the execution of this Agreement, or at such other time mutually agreed upon between the constituent Parties (the “Closing Date”). The Closing shall take place at the offices of counsel for the Company set forth in Section 6 hereof, or by the exchange of documents and instruments by mail, courier, facsimile and wire transfer to the extent mutually acceptable to the Parties hereto.
Shipping and Delivery ALL Prices are FOB at purchasers loading dock. Supplier shall notify Purchaser at the time of shipment of the product as to the quantity picked up, if different than that which is set forth on the Purchase Order. Shipping quantities may not vary from those established by the Purchase Order unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties.

Notice to Proceed Contractor shall not, and shall not be obligated to, commence performance of the Work (other than the LNTP Work) until Owner issues the full notice to proceed (“Notice to Proceed” or “NTP”) authorizing the same pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon Contractor’s receipt from Owner of the NTP, Contractor shall promptly commence with the performance of the Work. The NTP shall be issued in the form attached hereto as Attachment H, Schedule H-2. Contractor shall timely file in the required superior court and post at the Site a notice of commencement as required under La. Rev. Stat. §9:4801, et. seq. and shall provide copies of such notice of commencement to Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors as required under La. Rev. Stat. §9:4801, et. seq. Owner shall not issue an NTP until the following conditions have been met:
Preparation and Delivery On or before the date which is 15 days following the date on which the Space Plans are approved (or deemed approved) by Tenant and Landlord, Landlord shall cause to be prepared final working drawings of all improvements to be installed in the Premises and deliver the same to Tenant for its review and approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
Shipment and Delivery The Licensed Products shall be delivered F.O.B. Japan, with shipment at LICENSEE's direction and expense. Orders may be delivered by NINTENDO in partial shipments, each directed to no more than two (2) destinations designated by LICENSEE in the Territory. Title to the Licensed Products shall vest in accordance with the terms of the applicable letter of credit.
Standard Tenant Services Landlord shall provide the following services on all days (unless otherwise stated below) during the Lease Term.
Execution and Delivery The Guaranteeing Subsidiary agrees that the Guarantee shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the absence of the endorsement of any notation of such Guarantee on the Notes.
Closing and Delivery of Documents At the Closing, the following shall occur as a single integrated transaction:
