Common use of Points and Means of Diversion Clause in Contracts

Points and Means of Diversion. Subject to the terms and conditions of Article IV of this Compact, the Tribe may divert or permit the diversion of the water right set forth in Article III.F.1 from any point within Basin 40F within the Reservation for use within the Reservation and by any means authorized by the Tribal Water Code, or permit the diversion of the water right set forth in Article III.F.1 from a point off the Reservation pursuant to a Lease under Article IV.D.2.
