Common use of Points for Attachment Clause in Contracts

Points for Attachment. 11.7.1 AT&T-22STATE shall specify the point of attachment of each Pole or Anchor to be occupied by CLEC’s Facilities, and such CLEC’s Facilities shall be attached above AT&T-22STATE’s Facilities. When the Facilities of more than one applicant are involved, AT&T-22STATE will attempt, to the extent practicable, to designate the same relative position on each Pole or Anchor for each applicant's Facilities.
