Service Orders. Service Order shall state the Customer’s minimum committed term of the Services arising thereunder from the date that such Services are made available to the Customer (“Initial Term”); if the Initial Term is not expressly stated in the Service Order, the Initial Term of the Services shall be deemed to be for a twelve (12) month term from the date that the Services are made available to the Customer. Unless a Party notifies the other Party of its intention not to renew the Services at least sixty (60) days prior the end of the Initial Term or then current term (“Term”), the Services shall automatically renew for subsequent twelve (12) month terms under the same terms and conditions except that the Fees may be adjusted to reflect Aptum’s then current pricing for such Services. Cancellation of any Service Order or a particular Service thereunder must be made by way of a cancellation request in writing or through a service ticket in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.

Service Orders. The Customer must place an Application for Service with the Company to initiate, cancel or change the Services provided pursuant to these Rates, Terms and Conditions. Applications for Services may be either in writing or orally and provide, at a minimum, the following information: (a) Customer's name(s), telephone number(s) and address(es). In the case of a corporation or partnership, a designated officer or agent shall be named as the contact person for such corporation or partnership. (b) Name(s), address(es) and telephone number(s) of person(s) to whom notices from the Company to the Customer shall be addressed, if different from (a) above.
Service Orders. The Customer must place an Application for Service with the Company to initiate, cancel or change the Services provided pursuant to these Rates, Terms and Conditions. Applications for Services may be either in writing or orally and provide, at a minimum, the following information:
Service Orders. Customer may request Pilot to provide a Service by submitting a service order in a form provided by Pilot from time to time ("Service Order") in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Agreement. The type and scope of the Services to be provided to Customer under the terms of this Agreement, including any of the Services described in the applicable Service Addendum(s), shall be specified in an applicable Service Order. The fees for the Services will be set forth in the Service Order. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, neither party has any obligation to execute any Service Order. 3.3.1. Customer shall provide Pilot with a Service Order signed by Customer as the customer of record. Each Service Order will set forth the name of each Customer’s service address(es) (including zip code), suite and/or floor number, contact information of the person signing the Service Order in Customer’s organization, the installation coordination contact in the Customer’s organization, the name, phone number, and email address of Customer’s ongoing technical support contact, and Customer’s billing contact. Customer shall submit each Service Order on the designated Pilot form (which may be digital), as may be amended from time to time. 3.3.2. The parties shall treat the information included in a Service Order as Confidential Information, as defined below. Pilot will promptly notify Customer if any Service Order cannot be processed due to incomplete information or any other reason; orders containing incomplete information will not be processed until completed. All Service Orders are subject to acceptance by Pilot, which may accept or reject any Service Order at its sole discretion for any reason. Pilot has no obligation to fulfill any Service Order submitted by Customer, and bears no liability for declining to fulfill any Service Order. 3.3.3. By submitting an Order to Pilot, Customer warrants that the information Customer provides to Pilot in a Service Order is true and correct and that Pilot may reasonably rely upon it. 3.3.4. Customer is making a binding offer to acquire the Services described in the Service Order on the terms set out in this Agreement. An agreement to supply a Service is formed on the date that Pilot (in its sole discretion) accepts the Service Order in writing to customer. 3.3.5. Customers who submit Online Orders need not sign this MSA, as the terms of this Agreement are incorporated by reference.
Service Orders. The parties anticipate that Customer might subscribe to Services supplied by BluIP. For each of the specific Services or groups of Services to which Customer subscribes, Customer will execute a Service Order. Each Service Order will be deemed an attachment to and governed by this Master Subscription Agreement. A Service Order shall be effective upon its execution by Customer.
Service Orders. 12.1 All services to be effected in pursuance hereof shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Agreement notwithstanding any terms and conditions as set out in the letters or communications addressed by BSNL to the Franchisee and the Franchisee/ Franchisee’s representative acknowledgment thereof. 12.2 The Franchisee shall devise an efficient administrative process for the mandatory delivery of filled up Customer Application Forms (CAF) for all its channel working under him (including RDs and its retailers) to BSNL.
Service Orders. Customer may submit a Service Order to Globalgig for Managed Network Services. A Service Order includes, at a minimum, rates and charges, the requested location(s), the managed network service option and Covered Device(s) the associated Technical Order Form, and the Service Term. An additional non-recurring and/or monthly recurring charge, which may not be otherwise reflected on the Service Order, may apply.

Service Orders. ‌ 10.1 The CP shall request KCOM to provide the Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by sending to KCOM an Order in the form specified by KCOM. Each Order shall include full and accurate written details of the CP and/or End User and the Site to which the relevant Order relates. The CP acknowledges that in order for KCOM to be able to provide the Services, the CP must provide fully the information regarding the Site and the Services requested. All Orders must be placed in accordance with such procedures as may be agreed between the parties and defined in the Service Operations Manual from time to time.The CP is entitled to suspend delivery of an Order for up to 90 cumulative calendar days. In order to suspend an Order the CP must notify KCOM using the process set out in the Service Operations Manual. 10.2 Where KCOM is awaiting information from the CP in order to continue delivery of the Order or where the CP has failed to agree with KCOM an appointment date within 30 calendar days from the previously agreed appointment date, KCOM may suspend the Order on the CP’s behalf. 10.3 KCOM may cancel such a suspended Order when the Order has been suspended for more than 90 cumulative calendar days. If KCOM cancels the request for work at a Site in accordance with this paragraph, the CP must pay the cancellation charges specified in the Price List. 10.4 If the Order recommences progression, the total number of Working Days the Order was suspended for will be added to the Proposed Start Date. The CP will be advised of the revised date in accordance with the process set out in the Service Operations Manual. 10.5 If the CP cancels an Order, or significantly modifies it (e.g. changes in service location, delivery date, or service type) prior to the Proposed Start Date, KCOM reserves the right to claim reasonable costs incurred as a result of such cancellation or modification. In addition KCOM will not be bound by the original timescales. 10.6 If installation of the Services cannot proceed due to a CP or End User related issue e.g. no available power sockets, no wall space or access to the End User Site is refused, a Missed Appointment Fee may be raised. 10.7 KCOM shall not be liable in respect of any delay to or failure of the Services to the extent caused whether directly or indirectly by any failure of the CP to comply with the provisions of this Clause 10 or Clause 12. 10.8 KCOM reserves the right to terminate any Order where KCOM is unable to provision t...
Service Orders. Customer shall place all orders for Remote Hands Service through the Hardware Control App. Such orders are placed by opening a Ticket specifying the relevant Hardware Unit, the requested action, and all other information requested by the Hardware Control App. All such Tickets shall be deemed to be orders for such services, and Customer shall be obligated to pay all fees arising out of Provider’s performance thereof. Under certain circumstances the Hardware Control App has the ability to open Tickets automatically in response to certain performance characteristics and failure modes relating to the Customer Equipment, to the extent that such functionality is enabled by Customer. Any such Tickets that call for Basic Remote Hands Service shall be deemed to have been opened by the Customer, and be conclusive orders for such Basic Remote Hands Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the performance of this functionality under the Hardware Control App shall be governed by the Hardware Control XXXX and not this Agreement.
Service Orders. From time to time, Customer and Tricentis may agree on certain services to be performed under this Agreement, and in that case shall prepare a service order setting forth the services to be provided, and other additional terms agreed to by the parties (a “Service Order”). Each Service Order, upon execution by both of the parties hereto, shall be incorporated into this Agreement. Subject to the payment of the applicable fees or other amounts described in, and to be paid under, the applicable Service Order (the “Fees”) Tricentis shall perform for Customer the services (“Services”), and shall provide to Customer the Deliverables, described in, and according to any additional terms stated in, each Service Order. Customer shall perform the tasks designated as the responsibility of Customer, if any, set forth in the Service Order to facilitate Tricentis’s performance. Where Services are to be performed upon Customer’s premises, Customer shall provide Tricentis with reasonable and necessary access to Customer’s facilities during normal business hours, and otherwise as reasonably requested by Tricentis in order to facilitate Tricentis’s performance of Services, including, without limitation, office space, telephone, and high-speed Internet connections. Tricentis may freely subcontract performance of the Services in its sole discretion.
