Points Generally. Points are not your property. You cannot transfer Points to any other person or Program account. Points may not be transferred voluntarily or involuntarily. Points are void if transferred. Points may not be sold, bartered or exchanged. Additionally, Points cannot be transferred by operation of law, such as by inheritance, in bankruptcy or in connection with a divorce.
