Points of Entry. A Storeworker 4 works above and beyond all the skills of an employee at Storeworker 3 grade and to the level of training for this grade, applying the skills acquired through successful completion of a certificate or equivalent qualification relevant to the industry according to the needs of the enterprise. Performs the role of leading hand, as required. Skills/Duties – (a) Implements quality control techniques and procedures. (b) Understands and is responsible for a warehouse or a section of a warehouse. (c) Highly developed level of interpersonal and communication skills. (d) Ability to supervise and provide direction and guidance to other employees including the ability to assist in the provision of on-the-job training and induction. (e) Exercises discretion within the scope of this grade. (f) Exercises skills attained through the successful completion of an appropriate warehousing certificate. (g) Has sound knowledge of the employer’s operation. No other access to the ESTATE is permitted including, but not limited to, the entrance to the Phantom Forest Eco Reserve and Lodge, footpaths through the perimeter xxxx or fences surrounding the ESTATE or the fire-breaks in and around the ESTATE.
