Pole Attachments. Licensee, at its expense, will remove its attachments from any of AT&T’s Poles within thirty (30) days after termination of the License covering such attachments. If Licensee fails to remove its attachments within such thirty (30) day period, AT&T shall have the right to remove such attachments at Licensee’s expense and without any liability on the part of AT&T for damage or injury to Licensee’s attachments unless caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of AT&T.
Pole Attachments. Nothing in this Agreement conveys to Customer any right to attach or affix anything to any GPC Asset. Customer agrees that it will not, and will not permit others to, rearrange, disconnect, remove, relocate, repair, alter, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with any GPC Asset. If Customer desires to attach or affix anything to GPC Assets, Customer must first obtain GPC’s written consent. Customer may call GPC Lighting and Smart Services business unit at 0-000-000-0000 to request consent.
Pole Attachments. 4.7.1 Pole Attachments will be placed in the space on the pole designated for communications use. This space is generally located below electric supply circuits and excludes the neutral space between the electrical and communication space.
Pole Attachments. Where it has ownership or control to do so, CenturyLink will provide CLEC with access to available Pole Attachment space for the placing of facilities for the purpose of transmitting Telecommunications Services.

Pole Attachments. If Customer desires to attach anything to any Equipment (poles, light fixtures, etc.), Customer must first obtain GPC’s written permission. Customer must call GPC Lighting Services Business Unit at 0-000-000-0000 to obtain the proper pole attachment authorization.
Pole Attachments. The Franchise does not grant Company the right to use City poles, conduit, or other facilities. The use of such facilities shall be governed by separate agreement.
Pole Attachments. The FrontierVision Companies have paid all pole attachment fees that are due and payable with respect to the operation by the FrontierVision Companies of the Systems (or have accrued a liability with respect thereto which will be included as an Adjustment Liability in the computation of Closing Net Liabilities). As of the date of this Agreement, except as disclosed in Section 3.11 of FrontierVision's Disclosure Schedule, no pole attachment audits are pending and the FrontierVision Companies have not received written notice of any pending pole attachment audit.
Pole Attachments. Utility poles owned by CITY or an affiliated entity shall be available for use by XXXXXX. XXXXXX shall obtain permission from CITY for the use of poles owned by CITY or its affiliate. Additionally, CITY owned property may be available, including parks, water towers, and CITY owned poles.
