Common use of Pole Limits Clause in Contracts

Pole Limits. Without the prior written consent of City, which City may give or refuse in City's sole discretion, Licensee shall not place or install on a Pole any Equipment, structure or other improvement the weight of which shall exceed the approved load bearing capacity of a Pole or the size of which shall exceed the approved wind sheer strength of the Pole, as those factors are determined by the SFMTA and set out in Approved Plans.
