Police Bulletin. Board The Employer agrees to provide space for bulletin boards in the police access room, to be used by the FOP/OLC and its members. No materials of any kind may be posted elsewhere in the Employer's facilities or on the Employer's equipment, except on the bulletin boards sodesignated.

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
