Common use of Policies and Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Policies and Fringe Benefits. Executive shall be subject to policies of Parent and/or the Company applicable to executives generally, and shall be entitled to receive all such fringe benefits as shall from time to time be made available to other executives of Parent and its Subsidiaries generally (subject to the terms of any applicable fringe benefit plan). In addition, in connection with Executive’s performance of services in the United States for Parent and its affiliates, Executive shall be entitled to receive the benefits described in Exhibit E (subject to the limitations set forth therein).
