POLICIES, LAWS, AND REGULATIONS. The Union and the Employer agree to observe the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Ontario Health and Safety Act pertaining to a violation of the Human Rights Act, or any labour relations legislation may be subject of a grievance which will be processed in accordance with the Grievance Procedure.
