Policy Adoption. Agency hereby acknowledges and agrees that any and all policies and Daily Training Bulletins (DTBs) included in the Subscription Material provided by Lexipol have been individually reviewed, customized and adopted by Agency for use by Agency. Agency further acknowledges and agrees that neither Lexipol nor any of its agents, employees or representatives shall be considered “policy makers” in any legal or other sense and that the chief executive of Agency will, for all purposes, be considered the “policy maker” with regard to each and every such policy and DTB.
Policy Adoption. Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the District will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.

Policy Adoption. The District will adopt, and fully implement new or amended policies pursuant to its regular policy adoption procedures within a period not to exceed ninety (90) days after receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content.
Policy Adoption. Within 60 days of the Effective Date, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts will recommend and encourage all judicial districts to adopt—as an addendum to their policy implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act—the attached Policy (see Exhibit 1) regarding medication to treat OUD. Within 90 days of the Effective Date, three Defendant County Courts of Common Pleas (Blair, Jefferson, and Northumberland) will adopt the Policy. Within six months of the Effective Date, the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts will report to the United States on the steps taken to recommend and encourage all judicial districts to adopt the Policy, and on which counties agreed to adopt the Policy.
Policy Adoption. CSEA and the County agree to review and adopt policies and work rules, which may constitute mandatory subjects of negotiations. Documents will be adopted and amended as needed through Labor Management discussions with the approval of the County and CSEA.
Policy Adoption. Policy that affects teachers shall be made available to them at the beginning of the school year or prior to the effective date of any policy if adopted within the school year.
Policy Adoption. Adoption of new policies or the revision or repeal of existing policies is solely the responsibility of the Governing Body. Staff members, students, civic groups, or individual citizens may request that the Head Administrator propose a policy provided the request is submitted pursuant to B.11 above.
Policy Adoption. 1. The formal adoption of policies shall be recorded in the minutes of the Board of Directors. Only those written statements so adopted and so recorded shall be regarded as official Board Policy.
2. The Board of Directors may amend its Board Policies by a majority vote of the Board of Directors at any meeting provided that each member shall have been supplied a copy of the proposed amendment at least seven (7) days in advance of said meeting.

Proposals regarding policies may originate from Principal, a Council member, Council advisors, or committees formed by the Council for DRAFT GOVERNING COUNCIL BYLAWS Page 8 of 9 Pecos Connection Academy/ Pecos Cyber Academy Enrollment and Lottery Policy 2021‐2022 SY Purpose Pecos Cyber Academy (“PCA”) is committed to maximizing open enrollment by year 5, for students in grades K‐12, within its annually set enrollment limits and projected grade levels served. Such limits help ensure that students are provided with quality instruction and support, including an effective student/teacher ratio. Each year the school will conduct an open application period. After accounting for returning students and their eligible siblings, if the number of enrollment applications completed during the annual open application period exceeds the available slots, PCA will ensure applicants have an equal chance of admission through means of a publicly held random lottery selection process. The lottery will be open to the public, however attendance is not required. PCA will post the date, time and location of the lottery on its website Enrollment page. Nondiscrimination Assurances PCA does not discriminate against any person on the basis of ethnic group identification, race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, physical or mental disability, athletic performance, language proficiency in English or another language, prior academic achievement, or age in the admission to, participation in, or receipt of any educational services or activities.1 Open Application Period PCA will have an open application period each year at a time to be specified in the second semester of each year for the following year. During this period, applicants who are interested in enrolling must begin by:
1. Completing the online registration form which will be made available on the school’s website. A valid form of proof of residency. No new students will be admitted for the 2021‐2022 school year during the open application period. Enrollment Preferences As provided in N.M. Stat. Xxx §22‐8B‐4.1(B), PCA shall give enrollment preference to:
(1) students who have been admitted to PCA through an appropriate admission process and remaining in attendance through subsequent grades;
