Common use of Policy Deductibles and/or Self-Insured Retentions Clause in Contracts

Policy Deductibles and/or Self-Insured Retentions. The policies set forth in these requirements may provide coverage that contains deductibles or self-insured retention amounts. Such deductibles or self-insured retention shall not be applicable with respect to the policy limits provided to NBU. The Professional shall be solely responsible for any such deductible or self-insured retention amount.
