Policy Delivery. Insurer will transmit Variable Contracts to Broker-Dealer for delivery to Policyowners. Broker-Dealer hereby agrees to deliver all such Variable Contracts to Policyowners within ten (10) days of their receipt by Broker-Dealer from Insurer. Broker-Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Insurer for any and all losses caused by Broker-Dealer's failure to perform the undertakings described in this paragraph. Broker-Dealer hereby authorizes Insurer to set off any amount it owes Insurer under this paragraph against any and all amounts otherwise payable to Broker-Dealer by Insurer.
Policy Delivery. The Company may, upon written request of Broker-Dealer, transmit Policies to Broker-Dealer or Agency for delivery to policyowners. Broker-Dealer and Agency each hereby agrees to deliver all such Policies to policyowners (via hard copy unless Company approves another method) promptly upon its receipt thereof from the Company. Broker-Dealer and Agency agree that the indemnification provisions of this Agreement include any and all costs, expenses, loss, damages and attorneys’ fees resulting from Broker-Dealer’s or Agency's failure to perform or inability to prove performance of the undertakings described in this paragraph, and authorizes the Company to set off any amount it owes the Company under this paragraph against any and all amounts otherwise payable to or on behalf of Broker-Dealer or Agency by the Company pursuant to this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to revoke or withdraw this policy delivery privilege, in whole or in part, at any time, and without prior notice.

Agency and Broker-Dealer hereby agree to deliver all such Traditional Life Insurance Policies to Policyowners within ten (10) days of their receipt by Agency or Broker-Dealer from Insurer. Agency and Broker-Dealer agree to indemnify and hold harmless Insurer for any and all losses caused by Agency's or Broker-Dealer's failure to perform the undertakings described in this paragraph. Agency and Broker-Dealer hereby authorize Insurer to set off any amount it owes Insurer under this paragraph against any and all amounts otherwise payable to Agency or Broker-Dealer by Insurer.

Policy Delivery. You or your agents will deliver policies issued by us, but only when all the terms and conditions for delivery have been met.
Policy Delivery. Broker shall deliver all policies no later than ninety (90) days after the renewal date for each policy and shall receive one point for each ten (10) days of early delivery after the renewal date; delivery within 40 days of renewal shall award four points; delivery within 50 days of renewal shall award three points; delivery within 60 days of renewal shall award two points; delivery within 70 days of renewal shall award one point; and delivery 71+ days after the renewal date shall award zero points. ACTA and Broker agree that the foregoing evaluation process is based upon all of ACTA's insurance policies renewing at the same time. In the event that any insurance policy deviates from other policies with respect to renewal dates, ACTA shall have the right to assign the evaluation of Broker's performance to the insurance policy or policies of its choice for the purpose of determining what, if any, additional compensation is owed each year.
Policy Delivery. CG Life may, upon written request of Broker-Dealer, transmit Policies to Broker-Dealer for delivery to Policyowners. Broker-Dealer hereby agrees to deliver all such Policies to Policy owners within Ten (10) days of their receipt by Broker-Dealer AIM/CIGNA Heritage Selling Agreement
Policy Delivery. CML may, upon written request of Broker- Dealer, transmit Policies to Broker-Dealer for delivery to Policy Owners. Broker-Dealer hereby agrees to deliver all such Policies to Policy Owners within Ten (10) days of the Policy's Issue Date. Broker-Dealer agrees to indemnify and hold-harmless CML for any and all losses caused by Broker-Dealer's failure to perform the undertakings described in this paragraph. Broker-Dealer hereby authorizes CML to set off any amount it owes CML under is paragraph against any and all amounts otherwise payable to Broker-Dealer by CML.
