Common use of Policy Limitations Clause in Contracts

Policy Limitations. No L/C Issuer nor any Affiliate thereof shall have any obligation to issue any Letter of Credit that would violate any policies of such L/C Issuer or such Affiliate applicable to Letters of Credit generally; it being agreed and understood by such L/C Issuer or such Affiliate thereof that such entity shall act in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to not change such policies after the Closing Date in a manner that would limit its obligations under this Agreement (except as required by law, regulation, rule or regulatory guidance).
