Policy of Basic Needs Expenses. In case of delay to luggage for more than twenty-four (24) hours, THE CARRIER will refund customers who are away from their residence, for expenses for toiletries and clothing, as well as for shipping their luggage home. (a) The refund for basic needs expenses may be requested by the client after twenty-four (24) hours after the delay to the luggage was reported and once it has been confirmed that the luggage was not received within this time period. (b) The request must be submitted to THE CARRIER’s Manager at the airport of the place of arrival or through our Customer Service, by filling out the delayed baggage form available at xxxx.xxx. (c) The client will be refunded a maximum of fifthy dollars (USD 50.00) per day for up to three (3) days, with a maximum of one hundred fifthy (USD 150.00) for international flights, and a single payment of forty dollars (USD 40.00) per client on domestic flights. (d) Basic needs expenses are only paid once to each customer
