Policy Owner-Level Transactions. The purchases, redemptions and exchanges accepted by the Agent pursuant to Section 1(a) above shall be based on: (i) Policy owner -level transactions made by or on behalf of Policy owners which are recorded on the Agent’s record-keeping system; or (ii) other authorized transaction directions received by the Agent from the Accounts which are recorded on the Agent’s record-keeping system.
