Common use of Policy Performance Clause in Contracts

Policy Performance. In addition to undertaking the specific policy and legal reform commitments identified in Annex I of this Compact, the Government will seek to maintain and to improve its level of performance under the policy criteria identified in Section 607 of the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003 and the selection criteria and methodology used by MCC.
