Policy Provisions Required. The City of Santee, its City Council and each member thereof, its officers, employees, and agents shall be named as an additional insured on the Commercial General Liability policy, and, if the Project involves environmental hazards, on the Pollution/Asbestos Liability policy using form 2010 1185 or equivalent. Any subconsultant, subcontractor or similar entity performing work on the Project must add the City as an additional insured using CG form 20 38, or broader coverage. Blanket endorsements may be accepted at City’s discretion. All policies shall contain or shall be endorsed to contain a provision that advanced written notice of any cancellation, including cancellation for non-payment of premium, shall be provided to the City.
