POLL VOTES. Working Interest Owners may vote on and decide, by letter or telegram, any matter submitted in writing to Working Interest Owners, if no meeting is requested, as provided in Section 4.2, within seven (7) days after the proposal is sent to Working Interest Owners. Unit Operator will give prompt notice of the results of the voting to all Working Interest Owners.
